I joined Cam’s group in March 2016 after a few disappointing long distance races. Coming from being a self-trained athlete, I was looking for more structure and guidance in my training. Cam’s attention to my form and his carefully considered individual program improved my running and racing almost overnight, and I have been running PB’s since I joined. Also, the group consists of a lovely bunch of people to run with, which makes the group training sessions so much fun.
An individual coaching program will be tailored to you, your life, your running and your goal events. It will be customised to help you reach your best performance, in conjunction with our Tuesday and/or Thursday sessions. Read more under Coaching Programs.

Campbell offers detailed and thoroughly planned training sessions. He is able to tailor to individual needs, while also building up a tightly-knit training group. The training sessions are varied and challenging: allowing runners to become stronger and more accomplished athletes. Campbell coaches runners towards a steady and solid improvement, providing regular focused feedback and guidance.
We have specific training programs built around the following events:
- Two Bays Trail Run (28km)
- Run for the Kids (16km)
- Great Ocean Road Marathon (14km / 23km / 44km)
- Run Melbourne (10km / 21km)
- Melbourne marathon (10km / 21km / 42km)
If you join an event campaign you’ll get all the training advice and support you need for that goal event.
- $20 per week for duration of the campaign.
