Ironman Melbourne 2013

The early story of the day was the wind, that caused the swim leg to be shortened from 3.8km to 1.5km, and which also made the bike leg hard work…and the run, also!! Nonetheless, there were great performances and it was fantastic to track progress online. Here is how our guys (incl some people I coach) went:

Wednesday 6th March It was a warm night, but a great night for our group at the final race of the series, including two runners doing their first race in 12-18 months due to long-term injuries…and they each were our fastest guy and girl.
