Doubling as the Victoria Championships, this race is held over a tough and testing course around Studley Park area. It was organised by Melbourne Triathlon Club, so I stood on bike corner making sure everyone went around it, and was joined by Shaun for some company (thanks!!).

Vincent Lauwerier went into the race to try and maintain his standing in the series but after a few weeks of holiday and subsequent injury niggle. It was just a race to get through without expecting too much, which he successfully did.
